We received over 300 responses through the data collection that we ran in November. This is now closed. We wanted to hear from people seeking help with mental distress or addiction: If they found help, how easy or difficult it was to get what they needed.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission has a new name – Te Hiringa Mahara.   The name, Te Hiringa Mahara – Te hinengaro tūmata tōrunga pai o te whakaaro nui (Igniting minds through positive energy and thoughtfulness), was unveiled at a ceremony in Wellington today.
